Longborne Estate

I just moved to live on a boat. After a few days of visitors coming to wish me well I looked in the fridge to discover several partially eaten blocks of cheese, a pate,' two dips and of course three opened boxes of crackers. People meant well but there was so much wastage and I was eating cheese for the rest of the week. I saw Longborne Estate on FB and decided to place an order so I could be prepared for the next wave of visitors and not get blocked up on all that cheese :) I'm in Hobart but that wasn't a problem for Susan. My order arrived in just a few days and I'm now set for guests. Small portions mean I don't have to put out more than is needed and this is a lot better quality than I would have done . I love it. It tastes great and I'm a hit at the Marina when people drop by.

I have always been a fan of figs and I would have to say that these products far out way any products I have tasted. Particularly the Jammy Figs with their texture and distinctive flavour. The roasted almonds and Turkish apricots are equally impressive. They were a great accompaniment on our cheese platter. Especially the Turkish apricots as they are so fresh and delicious. The portion size is another factor which I think makes these products as attractive and affordable. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Wow!!!! Longborne went above and beyond my expectations with my order. The drunken figs were my favourite, they are a must try! The nuts and dried fruits were also delicious. My order arrived promptly and was packaged beautifully. I look forward to my next order.
