Be careful - some of their products will fail earlier than they should, and they will refuse to provide a replacement under warranty. We spent thousands in their store on lighting and ceiling fans and we are very disappointed with their after sales service.

Had and unresolved warranty claim with Metricon. Contacted beacon and spoke with a Danielle & a Chris shiu, and both had the Metricon warranty issue sorted out immediately. hands down best customer service I have received in the last 10 years. 10/10 Thank you so much.

Warranty call - problem with an outdoor LED pillar light. Beacon electrician came, took it off and found the problem was that water had got in and there was rust causing the light to throw yellow instead of white. Here's where the problem is... - They were happy to replace the light (thank you) - The electrician had uninstalled the faulty light but was not able to install the replacement because "technically" it was a installation issue - Why? Beacon did not want to find that if the other one was the same that I might claim against them for that one - if they had fixed this one. - Their electrician re-installed the faulty one and made sure it was properly sealed! Makes NO SENSE. - you've given me a new light - the time it takes to reinstall the faulty one is the same time it takes to put the new in up - you sealed the faulty one, so now they have the break the seal to install the new one! - I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR HIS TIME TO INSTALL THE NEW ONE - but no! - Liam (their electrician) was very nice and also thought it was ludicrous - but said his hands were tied. Really really poor customer experience from Beacon.

Maribynong - cant complain about customer service if there is none!! When you ring their head office - they hang up on you & put on the answering machine!! A refund will be sufficient, thanks!
