Big thanks to Tag The Cat! We'd used other digital people but none came close to the knowledge or level of support we got from Tag The Cat. They were patient, made heaps of suggestions, fixed things others couldn't and did it all in a really timely manner. We looked after our own IT for years, put together our own web site, managed our email, dealt with vague ISP's who sometimes responded to a service ticket and more often didn't. The business grew , but that part was not as good as it could be, it was also time consuming and hard work. Several years ago when the time came for a total revamp we were recommended to talk to Jon at ..TAG THE CAT. That was one of the best and most productive phone calls I had made in ages. We actually had a face to face meeting.....something almost unheard of in the IT world, they started with a clean sheet (screen), whipped our whole online presence into shape and got things working 100% more efficiently, particularly from a client contact viewpoint. We received regular progress updates and opportunities for input. With the creative work completed Jon actually came to our office , ensured that all our computers, phones and tablets were correctly switched over and set to go. From there on that aspect of our IT has been a breeze. An email or text message always elicits prompt response and if it's a pressing need Jon is only a phone call away, not in another country, not in another time zone. In summary...Professional, Value for money, Reliable, Patient when you ask dumb questions. Yep! 5 Star for sure.

Weve worked with Tag The Cat for several years now. They performed a rebranding exercise for both Japanese Mountain Retreat and Balinese Retreat and built new websites for both - providing a communication strategy for each. Once relaunched, SEO, email campaigns and digital advertising were performed - all with great success. Tag The Cat have been amazing. Theyre highly knowledgeable in just about every area of digital and have always gone out of their way to help - beyond what weve seen with most agencies. Theyve felt more like a part of the team than external providers. Soon after the new website and branding was done we saw an impressive spike in revenue - something in the order of 40%. For branding, websites, digital marketing or communication, we couldnt recommend Tag The Cat more.

What is the word limit on Google Reviews? I am not sure but it's probably not enough to describe what the team at Tag The Cat has done for me in getting my business 'started-up'. Not only really skilled & experienced web designers but they have assisted me in virtually every component of setting up my new business. Timely, cost effectively and I couldn't be happier with the results. I actually can't wait for the business to get up & running and am looking forward to continually improving & refining along with their assistance and advice. I actually have loved the process from start to finish...logo, developing a brand, business strategy and the whole digital side of it and feel like they have given me the best opportunity to kick it off in the best way possible. Many thanks and they come with my highest recommendation!
