        As a customer, you're only there because you need to deal with Scouts Vic. The staff are friendly and helpful, and very often not appreciated for the efforts that they provide. Thanks to the team that always put in 110%.

        Disappointed to say the least. I wont name scout group but leaders are dismissive and now trying to get a refund or some of my money back for membership no one answers emails. Day 3 and still nothing. So much for community spirit.
