Christopher is a compelling and powerful negotiator but still remains polite and fair. We paid a little more than expected although felt that Christopher was really accommodating and understanding throughout the purchase process. He went out of the way to assist with special requests and answered all of my questions. Also conducted himself in a professional and respectful manner.

Appalling conduct. This company approached us with claims that they had the capacity to sell our home. We gave them an Authority to Sell. One potential buyer was brought through over 10 weeks. We have implored this agency to release us from this contract, they will not so much as honour us with a response. This company appear to be bottom feeders, they do not have the skill set to sell. Unable to keep pace with changing market trends their sole tactic is undersell. Other Agencies brought through show a much brighter and better skill approach. Unfortunately it looks as though Barry Plant Mt Waverley are holding on in the hope that a more experienced Agency will make a commission for them.

Ernest Lee (my real estate agent) and Mario Munafo's service from Barry Plant Mt Waverley is second to none. I can still remember that was a Sunday and it's the only time our whole family can be together to inspect the property we want to purchase. That helped us a lot and we purchased the property at the end. After the auction, the communication through previous owner by Ernest and Mario also great, they kept us inform all the time. If I need to buy or sell a property next time, I will simply just ask for Ernest and Mario's help. If I can give 10 stars I will. Simon & Laven
