A very professional Property Agent, highly recommended!

I was recommended to Tim by a friend who had a great experience dealing with him and I was having issues with my previous leasing agent so decided to move both my investment properties over to Found Group to manage since 2019. Dealing with Tim has been such a hassle free and reassuring process. He was so prompt with everything and paid close attention to detail with everything. We had a change in tenants during COVID and again Tim made sure that he did as much as he could his end so that our stress levels are minimized. Anyhow, an amazing Property Manager and someone's services I would not hesitate to recommend.

Tim was an excellent agent and property manager. He helped me in discussions with the Landlord and handled any questions or concerns with the upmost professionalism. I found him very easy to work with and thank him for his cooperation to come to agreements with open communication, trust and care.
