James is an amazing plumber and fantastic person. He has helped me twice. The first time, there was a mouldy smell in the bathroom of our near new house. Another plumber couldnt work out what the problem was but he did. It ended up just being build up in the shower drain which James cleaned and the smell went away. This second time, the toilet was blocked. I called him in the afternoon and he offered to attend that evening. I wasnt available so he was going to come 0730 the next morning. Meanwhile though, free of charge, he taught me how to try to unblock it myself and spent time on the phone with me as well as offer help via text late into the evening. I unblocked my first toilet and learnt a vital life skill with his help. I will not hesitate to recommend him. Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning

Shortly after a burst pipe at my house James was quick to arrive and fix the problem. He was very happy to explain what had caused the issues and also the solution. After a few hours he was gone and the place was left spotless! I would recommend JW Hansen Plumbing to anyone in SE suburbs of Melbourne. A+ service!
