        Very professional staff and great service. Always proactive in assisting facilitating meeting rooms and facilities. Great place. Special thanks to Tracy at the reception. Well done.

        When we upgraded our membership they didn't provide a copy of the terms and conditions and signed us up for an additional 24 months. Now with the pandemic we have had to downsize staff and simply can't afford to keep paying when we are not using the facility. They have no way to terminate the agreement unless you provide a certificate of bankruptcy. They keep referring to T&Cs written in 2017. It seems they are the only organisation with no consideration for the current environment. Will be seeking legal advice. UPDATE: they have responded saying we would love to help, raise a case. Well this was done and the response I got was "these are the terms, nothing we can do"

        Stay away from this place. Absolutely unprofessional outfit. These guys are a bunch of cowboys that does not follow simple commercial law of this country. They have no interest in serving customers. Centre staff however are very nice and helpful. Regus is where the problem is.

        Can I give them 0 stars? The whole thing is a shambles. The offices are old and cold. They don't tell you any of the conditions when you sign up, next thing you try and cancel due to COVID (reduced income) and they don't want to hear about it- they just tell you you've signed up for 2 years and can't break it. No compassion whatsoever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Ps- no good cafe nearby either.
