We had booked them for moving, a few months ago from Doncaster to Wyndham vale. packed everything and was waiting for them from the morning. I have given them a call 30 minutes later from the time they supposed to come. No answer for first few calls, later someone happened to pick up the call and says, were unable to come today because our truck drivers got pulled over by cops for driving a defective truck. No courtesy to call and inform us about what happened. Even when we called them, so rude and arrogant stating this is ur problem and deal with it. Finally my husband had to get a truck and we moved our goods with the help of friends, all the way to the west. Please never ever book them, extremely unprofessional
