Australia Post - Mount Waverley Post Shop

Good location and convenient. The staff were helpful last time I went in with passports to process. They dont control the process so cannot blame them following procedures. They have some decent fiction books on sale sometimes which I have purchased on occasion. Cant fault the service compared to other shops in Hamilton Walk.

Apparently No is their standard answer for everything! Went there for a simple ID check and I was told by the Asian lady that I must bring in another signed form . Okay, I did so the next day and was told I need to bring in an empty form and sign it in person at the post office! I asked if I can sign again here and they asked me to go to the library and print another form! Ridiculous answer!!! Whatever we ask they have a horrible attitude with zero respect. This makes me think if I am in a communist country? Will never go back again!!!
