What a horrific experience I have had with create health. Firstly, I had my initial consultation ($260) to be rushed out the door within 15 minutes. I paid on the day and was then sent an invoice about 3 months later saying I owe them $260. Apparently they undercharged me on the day which is not an issue as I understand mistakes happen. What is not okay is ignoring all communication attempts I have made to rectify the issue. I sent a total of 6 emails and had to call twice to try and get this rectified. I had one initial email response saying they would get their accounts team to follow this up but this never occurred. It's been 6-7 months after my initial appointment and I'm still having to constantly follow up to have this rectified. What a completely draining experience. It shouldn't be this difficult and disappointing to receive medical care.

Dr Haider Najjar is the most professional doctor I have ever come across. Hes caring, articulate and very transparent. First impressions were extremely positive and this was carried through to the end. He genuinely cares about his clients. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family with no hesitation. Lucky to have have crossed paths.

Best medical centre.Dr Najjar is a gem.Evelyn from front desk is an asset.She was extremely empathetic and supportive throughout. Cannot find a better place.

Dr Kumar is my hero! Sounds a bit dramatic but Ive been having so much trouble with my health since puberty started. So many doctors and specialists just didnt listen or take me seriously. Dr Kumar listened to me and what I wanted. The care and respect she has shown is second to none.
