They have NO IDEA! So weve now received 3 letters in letterbox from this mob this year re mandatory replacement of our gas meter. (Apart from the fact they have our address as the wrong suburb, it was changed 21 years ago). Both time periods given, no one has ever turned up. Third letter has red bold writing on envelope, warning of imminent gas disconnection. Then you read the letter, which states Multinet has tried unsuccessfully multiple time in past months to access your gas meter, and you have hindered this process to locate the meter. So you phone them, the guy says yeah Ive had lots of calls about this letter. Seems we havent actually been out as were running months behind (so well just choose to abuse the client for laughs any how). So then I mention about noting where our meters are, so you can inform your guys (cos they sit clear and easy to see at the front of the garden bed, and there is no hindrance to access), but he doesnt want to know, and tells me to call the other number to make a new appointment. So, I call Comdain on the ph no given, on hold 7 minutes, then get a recorded message saying We cant take your call at this time. (It just gets better and better!). Ive now emailed requesting they call me to make an appointment. Wont hold my breath! What a bunch of flogs! P.s. how do they manage to read the meters??????????????????

not professional. switch off my GAS main switch without notice. my house was out of gas / hot water for few days.

Try running a business which is heavily reliant on gas with this incompetent company

For the last few weeks on every evening our entire street has SUFFERED from complete supply OUTAGES and they cannot be bothered to fix the problem. Today with the temperature at 13d there is no gas at all. Multinet will no doubt add the charge for supply to our next gas bill.
