Waverley Family clinic

There are 1 or 2 fantastic GPs at this clinic. The others I've met, not so much. However, I found the absolute worst of the worst to be ALAN CUNNEEN. He behaved very annoyed that he was being asked to do some ACTUAL doctoring. He was interruptive, argumentative, and condescending. Simply put, he was being a complete jerk. His behaviour was appalling for anyone, let alone a medical professional. He seemed to use his position of power to bully and create a situation where it was impossible for anyone to speak up. All simply because he was frustrated and didn't want to do his job. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with this... I was gonna say man, but... child, because that's how he came across. Absolute disgrace to the profession.

Charged me $41 for just getting some documents certified. I thought that was free? Worst place ever

Took my colleague to the clinic for urgent medical attention with an appointment booked online, reception didn't complete patient check-in properly and Dr Martyn Taylor refused to honour the appointment. Very disappointing.
