We used Garry's services when moving into a new unit during COVID. We hadn't seen the place because of lockdown restrictions but were told by the agent the carpets looked clean and had the lines/marks from the machine as if it was clean. We opted to get them cleaned anyways and were going to go with another company but couldn't get in contact with them, so Woodards Property Group recommended Garry. We were not dissapointed, in fact we were rather blown away. The 2 carpeted bedrooms that looked clean but had streak marks of where the previous machine was used by the last cleaners were completely removed as well as a bucket of black dirt and debris. Garry commented the last tenants possibly had cats and so he had to clean not just the surface but also underneath/ through the carpet and that's what the last cleaners missed. We loved Garry so much we asked him to come back to clean our 2 seat sofa, armchair and rug. He did it without a hassle and even did the cat-hair-filled armchair 4+ times to ensure he left nothing behind. What a lovely experience. Tipped him 20% and will be using him and his services again! We also used his services to clean our oven, rangehood and extractor fans in the kitchen and bathroom. The price is right for the quality of service. The fans were filthy and turned out pristine and the rangehood looked clean but the amount of grease and grime they were able to remove was incredible. Love Garry, will be using him again. Very honest, hard-working, no nonesense and gets the job done right first time, every time. Would highly recommend him and his team! Fredrick

One star really is too much to give to a company as horrible as this. I dont know if the cleaning or the service is worse, but truly this company has no redeeming qualities. The initial clean I booked had to be rescheduled because the cleaner didnt even show up. When the clean finally got done, it wasnt even clean! Marks still on the walls and carpets not vacuumed properly despite paying for steam cleaning and vacuuming!! Plus a whopping $598 bill for what would be AT BEST few hours work for a cleaner who actually knew how to clean. To top it off, I was quite literally verbally abused by one of Garrys cleaners. He sent me pictures of the before/after and when I sent messages replying that I wasnt happy, he called me SCREAMING saying I stressed him out while hes driving. Keep in mind, this is AFTER HE!!! TEXTED!!! ME!!! As if a) its my responsibility to mind-read and know he was driving and b) he could just you know..NOT look at his phone and look at the road..like a normal person. Wouldnt even recommend this service to someone I hate. An absolute nightmare.
