Michael Eastick & Associates

Absolutely terrible service. I put in an order about 8 months ago and have still not received anything. I have emailed several times with my want list without getting replies back. When I manage to get Michael on the phone there are always excuses as to why nothing has happened and promises that he will do it within a few days which never happens. I have written off dealing with Michael Eastick and Associates. I will take my stamp dealings elsewhere

Terrible service! Placed an order for a $145 stamp which, after more than three months, is still "pending." I've emailed numerous times and not received a reply. Found the same stamp elsewhere for a fraction of the price so told him to cancel the order. How does he stay in business?

The most unreliable stamp (so called) expert I have ever had the displeasure to be associated with. Never will I trust him to auction my valuable and extensive stamp, stamped envelope and coin collections. He continually fails to meet his promises to provide me with stamps that I have standing orders for. I will look elsewhere for someone I can trust and rely on. Why does he treat his longstanding customers so poorly?

Terrible service! I placed an order and followed up when the items werent received. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, still no items or update forthcoming after 6 weeks. People I spoke to from Eastwick and the new owners said they would despatch the order, but didnt. Do not try purchases from this company. Go to a reputable company such as Richard Juzwin instead.
