        What a horrendous experience for a steroid injection to the jaw. Dr was the most rude so called medical professional I have ever experienced & I am 61 years old so thats a lot of experiences. Was annoyed that the original OPG I had wasnt with them. Told me I needed an MRI to check on the discs. Didnt want to do the injection & said it probably wont work but would do as I was in pain. The nurse went to prep the local anaesthetic. Dr told her he wasnt wanting until it kicked in. Injected steroid straight in! No need to be rude. The whole process of this treatment was a nightmare. Hung up on twice whilst trying to make an appointment. Never again not good to feel totally uneasy I had been up since 3am with pain & feeling tense about the procedure. I paid too $ to have this done. Will never use I-med radiology again. Yes your supposed to be a professional & your opinions are welcomed but I this case you were rude, condescending. I have PTSD this experience has set me back. No need to be rude terrible man!

        Lady at front counter needs to learn some manners I have been a few times and the way she talks to people is a disgrace. If she isn't happy with her job maybe she needs to find a new one .

        Recently had a Coronary CT Angiogram done at Latrobe Regional Hospital and in all honesty the procedure wasn't as bad as I had been led to believe. Due to having very fine veins, which always disappear at the very first sign of a needle, the thought of having a Cannula filled me with dread. The Doctors and Nurse explained everything in detail during the Cannulation and with the help of a Local Anesthetic the procedure was pain free! The actual CT was over in a matter of minutes! I would like to thank all involved during my visit and I cannot speak highly of the level of care I was given. Keep up the good work. Barbara.
