        The lady that assisted us was so helpful and patient with our enquires and browsing. She made me feel not rushed. However, the second time I was assisted by an older woman and we told her our budget and she was only showing us pieces that were out of it.

        Ordered and paid cash for a ring was supposed to have it in 5 weeks but almost 7 weeks later still hadn't arrived.. I didn't even receive a courtesy call when they said they will keep me informed.. when I asked for a refund the manager was very unprofessional and childish.. maybe get your jewellery somewhere else

        Seemed like a nice store but the lady Marlene was quite rude and nasty attitude, was already feeling depressed about the day and this just put me off from having a good day all together so I dont think Ill ever be returning back.
