        this is a trek to get to by vehicle you'll need to watch out for poor conditions to drive... def not for low vehicles. view is great and can hike from here

        Road was so deteriorated that we struggled to get to the lookout and it was next to a huge cell tower that what right in the middle of the lookout. It blocks the full view but even if you see past that you see the huge coal power plant on the other side anyway which looks awful too. Not the nicest lookout but you can get a good view from one or two sides.
