Shell Coles Express Traralgon

Middle aged woman with Blonde hair who typically works nights was incredibly rude to me this evening. I was on the phone to my partner as I stood at the door waiting to be let in (As a former Coles Express Manager customers are not to use their phones while filling at pumps, which I was not doing). When she eventually let me in the store after several awkward minutes she tried to rudely scold me for "being on my phone near the pumps"?! Which, sure, if that's her understanding of the policy, that's fine, but atleast communicate that's the reason preventing you from allowing me inside? Rather than let me stand in the cold, and CERTAINLY do not be snarky and rude to me when you eventually do decide to do your job properly. Thinking she was having a bad night I STILL politely offered her a thanks and goodbye which was meant with stoney silence. Disgusting.

Come here regularly to buy a (hot) kransky as it's one of the few places that has them. But it has to be reliant on the staff member on to put one on I believe and they don't always! I was disappointed today although I did buy a donut and it was nice.
