I had a problem with my E-TEC that was intermittent for over 2 years and was making boating a nightmare, almost to the point where I was ready to give boating away. I had been to two E-TEC dealers in Melbourne (more than once) and they both said "no problem here", despite them being supplied with evidence of the problem (video footage). Ray and Simon at Gippsland Boating were recommended to me as the guys that would get it fixed. Spoke to Ray and sent him a couple of videos of what was happening. He said to bring the boat in and told me he wouldn't let it leave until they had found and fixed the problem, whatever it takes! A few weeks later and all done! Simon showed me the engine report print out that clearly showed a history of problems. Why didn't anyone else see that? He fixed the issues the report was showing, tweaked a few other things, gave it a thorough work-shop and on-water test and told me to come pick it up. IT'S LIKE DRIVING A NEW BOAT. I think it might be running better than when it was new! I can't thank Ray and Simon enough! Two years of headaches gone! Back on the water and ready for a long summer. I can't imagine ever taking a boat anywhere else! Best customer service ever! Thanks Ray! Thanks Simon! Brilliant!!!

I purchased Quintrex 500 of Gippsland boats Supplies ,couldnt be more happier. Like to thank Ray and his team for helping me out . With my experience with Ray , l highly recommend there service .
