        My partner and I arrived late on Friday after check-in, but we were given easy-to-follow details on how to get in. Once inside we were met with a gorgeous place, with an array of local produce, including bread, home-made jam, ample milk and local tea blends as well as coffee pods for the coffee machine. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we were greeted by a lovely humidifier that played "sleep sounds" - we ended up keeping it on for most of our stay as it was nice background music. The spa was superb and we enjoyed most of our Saturday afternoon and evening in it, relaxing after a day trip exploring the local villages (plenty to explore, we barely scratched the surface!) Overall it was a perfect summer weekend away, I'm looking forward to returning for a cosy winter weekend.
