Polite,Caring very friendly your not a number.I cannot recommend him highly enough. Nothing is a problem & he takes the time to listen. Other specialists should take a leave out of his book.

I met Chris twice, he was professional and seems to know his stuff. It's a shame the same can't be said for the majority of his staff, phone calls not returned, incorrect information leading to a total waste of time for an appointment and a staff member eating potato chips in a shared office space while I was meeting with the nurse and then chatting to her co-worker as if they were alone. Hardly the behaviour a patient expects to feel they are in safe hands. Michelle (?) the ultrasound tech was great, she explained what she was doing and the process from start to finish. Having followed up twice with no return phone calls I returned to another vascular specialist and even when my scans were requested it did not prompt staff to call and ask why I wasn't coming back in. If you can get past the unprofessional conduct of his staff, I'm sure Chris is great at what he does but I never got to find out. Edit: The response from the clinic is laughable, I did get a call from Chris because my initial review said nobody returned my call. When I stated my issues/complaint with his practice the response was "Well you said nobody called you back so I'm calling you now" - terribly unprofessional all around.
