Like all relationships it was great for a while and then fell apart. To lose some of my property 7 months ago whilst conducting for sale photos is unacceptable , lost my details, forgot to do 3 month review of Tenant. Now all of a sudden my property is found in a warehouse. Think twice with who you engage, the client should not have to follow up the Real Estate and remind them of the basics. The market is hard so do your research .

If you are a landlord considering this business for managing your property - think again. It all started with getting them to assess my property for lease and they came up with false estimates just to lure the customer in. They actually couldn't get the rent they promised (while they knew the market conditions while estimating) for years, multiple tenancies - only thing they achieved is to make their property managers and agents run away from their jobs - if there was one thing they were consistent about, it was their people changing. I realized that they don't have proper hand offs between these people, so obviously you start from the scratch with each and every one of them. I suspect they mostly hire inexperienced and junior members that have zero experience in real estate and property management as well as no real work experience that helps them manage clients and business communication. They are prompt to collect marketing expenses, leasing fees etc but never bother about working hard for the money being earned. After number of stuff ups and consistent payment of fees and expenses and not seeing the light of hope - I gave up and sacked them as my agents. I found someone else who were much better. They not only brought a great renter but the best possible rent yield I could imagine. If you are a landlord - think twice, property maintenance for this business is just an easy stream of revenue. Their interests are property sales and they don't give a damn about the property maintenance. I have avoided lot of details here just to maintain some decency.
