We were refered to Aseem Bharani by our Real Estate agent when my daughters House settlement could not progress due to shortfall of funds on the day of settlement as her bank account was hacked. Vendors Solicitor was not ready to extend the settlement date and was going to issue notice of default which meant we would pay a penalty per day or lose the deposit paid. Aseem gave us an assurance that he could organise funds through bank when our regular 2 other brokers said not possible. We were in a panic situation but Aseem calmed us saying he could do it and yes to our surprise, he did organise the loan approval and disbursement all within a week. He also saved us money by not going through the option of borrowing funds at a higher interest rate and paying exorbitant fees for a short term loan. Amazing!! I highly recommend Aseem for all your Financial loans. He is very knowledgeable, sincere and confident in what he does. Thanks Aseem once again for you timely help!
