Ross is very professional and very easily to go along. His work is of the highest standard and nothing is too much trouble for him. He helped me moving furniture and a big fridge and 2 stoves. Impressive service and quality from Ross and the team at Fluent. Communication was clear and prompt from the beginning including his expected arrival and quoted completion time. I highly recommend Ross and his team of very experienced and professional electricians. United Energy attended my property without warning (as their system flagged a fault), they promptly issued a defect notice and cut off the power immediately. In my shock and panic I called Ross (for the first time), he was not only helpful, honest and upfront with me, he also attended my premises within a few hours, explained clearly everything that needed to be done and provided a very reasonable quote. It required a lot of work (new mains, meter panel, earth stake, inspections etc.) and he made it happen straight away and within a few hours the power was back on again! I can't thank him enough for the amazing job he did and his commitment to making sure I didn't go without power for any longer than necessary. I can't thank him and his team enough!
