We wanted a bespoke letterbox to accomodate an intercom & keypad. Chris was great to work with, sent us a couple of design options, the finished article looks amazing! Definitely the best letter box in the street!! Love the fact its Australian made & a quick turnaround! Highly recommend, dont waste your time looking elsewhere!!

Looking for a custom letterbox, we came across The Letter Box Shop online and liked their designs and reasonable pricing. Our initial enquiry to see if we could slightly modify a design received a quick response and the additional cost of customizing it was very small. Proofs of the design made us confident we'd get just what we wanted and the letter box was delivered quickly. It's a well-made product and the design is exactly what we hoped for.
