Terrible experience with this company. After engaging them to act on our behalf; some months later they decided not to assist us any further, with no explanation or even advising us of this. This caused us delays in our situation AND then months later we received a bill in regards to ID documents. This meant we had to complete ID documents again with another company incurring further costs, not to mention the hassle of doing it with six parties! Very poor and unprofessional service.

Choosed GLN after few people recommended them in Facebook post. I am very glad I choosed GLN. Everything was perfect. Every email/question replied back on time and I am impressed with how detailed they are with their answer. All reminder was sent on time and they make sure everything is perfect before settlement. My wife and I just purchased our first house in Australia, after moving here a few years ago. I was referred to GLN Conveyancing by a friend of mine who had a very good experience with the service they provided. All I can say is that I cannot be more pleased with the service GLN provided. They were clear, efficient, and provided/requested information well before any deadlines. They were also very good at reminding us about our inspection and finance deadlines, as well as making sure we set a time for our final inspection. Though all of this was great, our conveyancer, Alison, really did a fantastic job. After I received the settlement statement to review, I notice that a portion of the vendors land tax had been included in our adjustments (almost $1000). This was not disclosed in any of the documentation and we were not liable for land tax, as the house would be our primary residence. The vendor was liable for land tax, as the property we were purchasing was a rental. I called Alison and discussed it with her, and when she brought it up with the vendors conveyancer, they did not want to concede. Alison kept pushing them and they agreed to remove this from our adjustments. As a solicitor, I am really impressed and very appreciative. I highly recommend GLN Conveyancing.
