I am leaving my dog Max all the time here and he get best care of! Thanks Christine and Simon. Max always go back home well behaved and well fed! Max getting to know other dogs and have fun Highly recommend this place to leave u loved one at!

The staff are lovely. Our labrador enjoys her stays at Kooronya and always comes home as happy and as healthy as she goes in.

Ill start this by saying that my dog has not stayed in this kennel. However, the reason for that is why Im leaving this review. We did a tour/visit of the kennel to see if it was appropriate for our dog for a 5 day stay. The kennels themselves are standard cages, relatively spacious, the staff member we met with seemed nice enough, seemed to like the dogs. We didnt get to see the outdoor grassy area, to see how large/small it is but it is not the area pictured with the lake, it is a different area out back of the kennels. The main reason I did not send my dog here was that I asked specifically about the process of drying the dogs if they have been out in the rain (my dog is prone to hotspots if not dried properly) the response was that if its raining we dont like to have the dogs outside, if we see they have relieved themselves in the kennel then we dont take them outside that day because we dont have enough staff to dry them all. Thats a massive red flag for me. I dont like that at all, and I feel very sorry for the dogs staying there over winter who are forced to relieve themselves in their pen, and not taken out for stimulation - it almost feels like they are being punished. If they do not have enough staff, they should simply not take on so many dogs.
