The light practice

I came to my first class a few nights ago and instantly fell in love with the ambience and the vibe. I did a vinyasa flow class that was fun and the instructor had a wide lense on every person in the room giving feedback and encouragement where needed. I loved it so much that I stayed for the Yin class afterwards and it was absolutely magical. Highly recommend this studio and I believe I have found my new yogi home

Beautiful space, focus on regulation of the nervous system which is so important. Lights, sound bowls, crystals and amazing yoga classes.

Gorgeous place, ultra clean, the range of classes is great (even if I think that they could add more classes in Moorabin), grear value of $44/week for unlimited classes, There are some surrounding lights (from cold tone to warmer colors). When walking from the parking lot to the yoga place, you are already feeling this relaxation vibe feelings. Thank you Light Practice!

Blown away by the light practice. It's a unique, stunning space and the teachers provide top quality, exciting practices that are different every time I go which just keeps me coming back. As a beginner with yoga I have felt so comfortable and accepted as I have learnt. I frequent somatics classes, vinyasa, sound events and embodiment and my mental health and fitness has honestly benefitted so much from it. I have a membership and think its great value for money! Can't recommend enough

This centre is amazing. From the environment, design, and all the teachers. It is unlike any other Yoga practises and offers a variety of classes that are unique. The pricing is very fair for the quality of classes. I love going here.
