Sport Star Academy

I should have read the comments before enrolling! Horrible experience . I booked a trial basketball session for my daughter at Brighton primary school. I got a receipt email too, when I called the 1300 number a day before to confirm they said you called the head office, some co-ordinator will call you ( thats the only contact number ) . I still went to the school and there was no coach or students, I dropped a voice message ,no one called back. I have called now 3 times and get the same response someone will call you. I asked for a refund today as it is a head office they should be able to help and they still dont know what to do. It feels like a scam, they have just created a website to bring all coaches together but cannot maintain or co-ordinate. I would not recommend this website.

5 year old son attended the first trial class - son had no idea what he was doing, no support from coach. Such a horrible experience; skipped the second trial class because it wasnt worth wasting our time (even though we've paid for it)

Not replying to emails. Similar to other reviews, I'm finding there is really poor communication.

A fabulous organisation to get involved in! Very passionate about helping kids not only increase their sporting skills but also to learn life-long values. Coaches are sensational. Administration very supportive. Our children absolutely love attending and being a part of Sports Star Academy.
