I find it incredibly challenging to write this review, as I firmly believe in giving businesses a chance to rectify their mistakes. However, in the case of Waterworx, I have been left with no option unfortunately but to share this lengthy and horrendous experience with this company. Their non-responsiveness and unwillingness to take responsibility for their poor workmanship and incorrect advice have compelled me to warn others about their service. To begin with, it was evident that Waterworx had minimal experience in roofing, a fact that became painfully apparent through their shoddy work to fix the leaks in my warehouse. After six months of incessant chasing, their director Karl finally visited the site, only to admit that the work carried out was completely inadequate and would not solve the leaks issue. It is truly astonishing that a company claiming expertise in roofing would apply poor waterproofing (see images) instead of sealing the exposed cracks in the roof. As a result, I ended up paying a whopping $3700 for a failed attempt to resolve the problem. What's worse is that Waterworx had the audacity to demand an additional $4400 to make another attempt at fixing the roof. Their incompetence, misleading advice, and utter lack of workmanship left me significantly out of pocket, and now they refuse to offer any refund whatsoever. To add insult to injury, three independent roofing companies have all commented on the unprofessional and inadequate work performed by Waterworx. In addition, when given the option to replace the roof, Waterworx's quote came in at an outrageous $420,000, whereas other reputable companies offered quotes literally half the price. I have made multiple attempts to contact Waterworx, providing them with ample opportunity to rectify the unnecessary expenses incurred however they have made it clear that they have no intention of offering any solution. I have been left with no option but to lodge a claim at VCAT to recover costs. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Waterworx for any commercial roofing or similar projects. Their lack of experience, poor workmanship, and unprofessionalism have cost me both time and money. I have never been one to provide negative reviews without giving businesses the chance to improve, but in the case of Waterworx, I believe it is my duty to warn others about their subpar services. Save yourself the frustration and financial burden by seeking reputable roofing companies instead.

Edited to add: 2 weeks later and they never called us. Don't recommend as subsequent issues are not followed up. Waterworx redid our powder room in Dec 2021 as we were worried about potential mould from a suspected leaking old toilet. The work was fine if a little slapdash, until we noticed later that the toilet cistern they used had a cutout at the top where water could be plumbed in. It was plumbed below instead, leaving an open space where black mould is now growing thanks to water evaporation from the cistern. I chased Waterworx for over a month, calling, texting and emailing Mark and Carl to ask someone to come and look at it. It was never followed up, and I had to contact them repeatedly only to be told that "this has never happened before" and then they promised that someone would come to look at it. Big surprise, no one called about it. Even an email through their website was ignored. I'm very disappointed and certainly will avoid using them again.
