Dr Nicole Ong

Dr Ong looked after my 34 year old disabled daughter today. She is the most beautiful, kind, caring Doctor l have ever had the pleasure to trust and place my daughter, in her care. My daughter is extremely scared of doctors, because she has spent her life in hospitals. Her compassion is matched by her amazing skill. One in a million. Thank you so much for making something that is extremely difficult to deal with, so easy. Simply cannot thank you enough. Would highly recommend Dr Nicole Ong to anyone.

Dr. Nicole Ong is an exceptional doctor who displays punctuality, kindness, professionalism, and patience. From my experience, she is always punctual, never making me wait for an extended period. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides helpful, and professional advice. She never rushes through appointments and ensures that I feel comfortable and informed. Being a specialist, she charges less than the most of local GPs. She mails the testing results with explanations and suggestions for the convenience of the patients. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed with how my partner was treated. A couple for days before our operation we were told that she had not booked in our operation. My partner had to wait over a month despite being in ongoing pain. We stupidly gave Nicole the benefit of the doubt. Surgery itself seems to go alright though very quick - in and out. Four weeks later the issue returned. Nicole assured us that issue had just returned and placed my partner on the pill. My partners medical history clearly outlined that she suffered from migraines and it wasn't until sometime later that a friend pointed out that the pill she had be prescribed stated that it should never be prescribed for people who suffer from migraines. My partner was in debilitating pain every day. When my partner pointed out to Nicole that she should never have been given the pill Nicole showed no remorse that her actions had essentially ruined my partner's life for the past few months. She shows no care for her patients. I would be wary of ever going to see her. Do yourself a favour and see a Dr that actually cares enough to read your medical history. We are now wondering if she rushed the surgery and just missed half the stuff she was supposed to remove. Disappointed beyond words. Nicole should be ashamed to call herself a medical practitioner.

Lisa is a technically competent surgeon, however I often felt that I was on a factory line of patients. The level of post op pain was not clearly explained to me prior. I was told I might have some sensitisation and I ended up with high pain and a long recovery. Having endometriosis, a longer consult time was needed as well as more understanding and patient empathy. Unfortunately, the reception staff werent great, rescheduling my surgery date at the last minute and often not answering phones or replying to emails. Hopefully theyve improved. Due to the overall experience I moved to a doctor specialising in my condition.
