ATHLETES AUTHORITY is number one in the game! Ive been working with AA for a few months now, having trained under one of their senior coaches prior and couldnt be more grateful for their dedication, knowledge and genuine athlete development experience. The amount of time taken to assess and understand the athlete is second to none, with individualised programs targeting athlete sport-specific development as well as rehabilitation just shows how committed Athletes Authority is to their athletes. The gym and equipment is unreal, with all the essential training and recovery tools to reach your goals. I couldnt recommend AA enough if youre looking to take your performance to a new level!

After recently joining athletes authority in melbourne i can confidently say that this space is like no other! As an athlete trying to level up my performance, AA provides such valuable knowledge and expertise in sport mechanics and strength training to effectively tailor a program (gym and field specific) to enhance my individual goals and help me become the strongest athlete possible. Adding on, the environment established by the coaches at AA is unmatched. Nathan and Mat put in immense efforts to better their crew and have created such a positive and energetic vibe in the gym with never ending support and fun alongside training. This has made AA feel like another home and one big community of like-minded athletes across various sports. I cant wait to continue working with the coaches at AA and see the team keep growing.

Been training out of AA Melbourne now for the last 2 months, after follwing the brand for about 5 years. Unreal environment to train in, sick equipment, good people, the only downfall is some questionable music choices (Nath & Dools, i'm looking at you here). Really enjoying the systematic exposure to higher plyometric & variable resistance training rep/set schemes to what I've seen elsewhere. Excited to see how the numbers continue to climb across the rest of the season!
