I ordered four pairs of shoes - two pairs for myself and two for a friend and as a present. The two pairs of shoes don't fit me even though it's my correct size and have previously bought that size from UggOutlet. Even though I have contacted within the 30 day policy to return and explained why I would like to exchange or refund - they won't accept because I have cut the tags off. I also fear my friends shoes won't fit her even though its her correct size however she wont be able to try on within the 30 days. I raised both of these concerns with the support team who just kept copying and pasting their 30 day policy and advising they take customer satisfaction seriously. I asked to speak to someone in which was escalated to their superior then I got another email from support copying and pasting their 30 day policy again. I will not purchase another product from UggOutlet again. Such poor, unreasonable and passive aggressive customer service.

Needs alittle more customer service to improve their sales. I know they are a small but there layout of products for everyone is hsrd to find
