First time novated leaser here - had to set one up fast as the car arrived earlier than expected but Julie was awesome and answered all my annoying questions and most importantly got everything organised with a few days to spare for me to collect the vehicle. Using the online portal to make claims has also been a breeze. All in all, they've been a pleasure to use and I'd highly recommend.

Dealing with Fingo has been a pleasure from the earliest contact/quotation all the way through the delivery of the vehicle, which was delayed due to late arrival of the vehicle. Daniel Hudson was courteous, efficient and friendly, and made the process as straight forward as possible. Highly recommend Fingo to those who are interested in packaging a vehicle, and dislike the big-finance type bureaucracy.
