        Having the same experience as everyone else. Moved into a 12-month-old house, full of their downlights. Some have already started to fail and there is no response from their website, email or phone numbers. Assuming a bunch of fly-by-night crooks.

        I traveled 50 km to their office to get replacement downlight but they have changed their address for a long time and never bothered to update it on their website . What a waste of time even if the phone number doesn't work worest experience ever.
