I have extremely agreed what Charlie left review about E wash I have been used for nearly 7 years, they turned worse and worse specially after Covid-19 Their customer service was disgusting and they think that they are one of kind in that industry Beware people who looking for laundry services, There are many other business what provide better customer service and cheaper price than E-WASH It is up to you to choose E-Wash but Good luck to have partnership with E-wash for your business

I have been using E-wash for close to 5 years now from my previous venue until today and we had a good run (hence the two stars) but the quality and service has declined dramatically during the last year. Very inconsistent deliveries; If one of the drivers is sick or for whatever reason not able to do their run for the day we dont get any notice until we have to be calling them to chase up our delivery. The prices have been increasing quiet often which is understandable but the last increase was charged without any previous notice and in only one year they have increased by 118% When I called the office to leave feedback and to explain why we are parting from our partnership they didnt seem to care at all and actually seemed happy to be loosing a customer.
