The program and workouts are all pre prepared and really do push you to your limits. Life Hub offers you that extra motivation to train knowing you just have to arrive to a class to get your body pushed to its limits. Its so easy for those who live a busy lifestyle, by not having to plan out your own routine each session. The vibe with the team you train with is awesome and little friendly competitions help you push your limits. The trainers and are full of energy and laughs, and help you maximize your potential every time you train. Its beyond being simply a gym, it really is a community! 10 stars out of 5 would recommend!

LIFE HUB What an amazing space! I recently become a member and it's been incredible. This studio runs absolutely rings around anything I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favour and stop by for a visit!!!

Unfortunately, the majority of patrons frequenting Life Hub Gym are selfish and inconsiderate to us local commuters; filling the train station car parking bays on a constant basis when Station Street has free 2-hour parking. I'm sure many workers who travel to Frankston or the CBD to pay their bills are sick and tired of being forced to park in Woolworths' (exasperating the problem for their shoppers) or wait for gymgoers to move their cars after their leisure time workout. The station parking bays are clearly marked as for use by commuters only. I have even lost a spot to the gym owner's Jeep Gladiator. I apologise for being forced to vent my frustration with a lowly review of an obviously popular and well attended venue, but I am on my final warning at work for late attendance (due to the parking issues). I don't wish to take this matter to PTV or ombudsman. EDIT: No response from management? But a few extra 5* reviews to bring you back up. Sad.
