From the moment I met Adam Gordon I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism his patience and willingness to answer The survey I underwent was a breeze under his guidance..PLUS dedication and caring the work and responsibilities he dedicates himself to is mind blowing and YET he checked in on me every fay!! Trust him with ypur with your gastroenterology needs you'll not be disappointed! I have never been more upset or disappointed by a doctor. (And I have been chronically ill for 25 years.) I got the flu and was told by my GP to cancel or change all my appointments to phone appointments. So I rang Dr. Sara Mgaieths office on the Tuesday morning and changed my Friday afternoon appointment to a phone appointment.(which I was told was fine as well as getting a text message offering it.) On Friday and hour and a half after my appointment time I called to make sure I wasnt forgotten and the receptionist said that she was running a bit behind and shed call soon. Twenty minutes later the receptionist called me back and said the doctor didnt know id changed my appointment to a phone appointment. (Even though Id done so more than 72 hours prior to my appointment!) and she said the doctor didnt have time to talk to me now because she had to go to a meeting. (Remember, at this point my appointment was 2 hours ago!) And she didnt have an emergency nor did she have to get to patients at the hospital. And I was told shes leaving soon. (So she was still there.) I was furious! I asked when I could see the doctor then and I was told the doctor couldnt see me for TWO WEEKS! I couldnt believe it! The doctor knows Im having problems when I eat and she doesnt care! She is the most unprofessional doctor Ive ever met and thats saying something!
