VERY dissapointed with my dealings with this company. I needed to get some side skirts and a spoiler painted and installed on my car. At face value the guys seemed friendly enough and willing to help, but told me that the shop was busy at the time. I was not in a great rush, so I offered to leave my parts with them. I had been waiting for over 6 months for my parts to arrive, so I wanted it to be done properly and was willing to wait. After hearing nothing for some time, I reached out and eventually organized a time for my parts to be installed. Late the night before dropping off my car I was told of more delays. A day later I dropped my car off I then received a message a few days later asking where I got my wing from, that the finish didn't turn out right and that they 'wouldnt install it on their car'. They then told me they no longer had time to install it and did not know how. I tried calling and messaging, but did not get a response, these guys are terrible at communicating. I then got nervous and asked for them to not install anything and I will collect my car and parts. The next morning I received a txt that they had installed my side skirts and the car was ready for pick up. I collected my car and wing, it seems they did not prime the wing and just painted as it was, which showed seams, bubbles and imperfections. My side skirts were also not installed properly, not in line with the body and a terrible paint colour match. All they kept saying is there is nothing they can do about it and it is not their fault! I also tried to find someone to install my wing, but as it was painted before a pre-fitment nobody is willing to install it for me, so I have to throw it away (It cost $1500). Again I was told "the wing is also not my issue". They do not even have the decency to return a call or make an attempt to remedy their mistakes. However, quick to take your money though! Complete waste of time, money, energy and resources. And I will not have to pay to fix their mistakes, buy new parts and redo everything again. STAY AWAY! Service: Painting
