Im only giving them 1 start because I cant give them 0 given the service received is deplorable. My stove top (didnt purchase separately, was built into my house) had an issue with the igniter continuing to fire, I had to wait 2 weeks for a technician to respond only to realise someone told him the issue was with a dryer, which was wrong. I had to wait an additional week and a half for the technician to receive the correct part. As a result of Askos mistake, I missed 3 days of work I wasnt paid for and still had to pay the invoice. Stay clear of this company. Do not use them. They simply dont care about their customers, whatsoever.

Absolutely The most unprofessional after sale customer service , rude, indecent, scary , a total disaster , stay away from asko product ! No matter that product are good , the company is dreadful , a nightmare . Got my Diswasher from top retailer winning , and its being that pain in the neck I really have no time for . Run away from asko ! UTs worth wait for Miele etc . Trust me

Our home is fitted with a complete professional grade ASKO appliances kitchen and is featured as part of their promotional material. When our fridge ice maker failed and leaked throughout the house. Their service team and process was nothing short of pathetic, unprofessional and incapable of attempting too address the issue. 3 attempts to have technicians attend all failed. At one point a technician from Queensland was appointed to attend until he realised we were in Victoria. When the matter was escalated to their Victorian Senior manager, all we received from her, we're complaints about how she'd recently being appointed to the role, she was too busy and would not assist any further.

Dont go there. The ASKO technicians are deceitful and fraudulent. Charging for work not performed and lying about it. ASKO management seem to condone this behaviour. I expect an apology and restitution. Since my scathing review (above), the washer wouldn't drain and stopped working. When I investigated, I saw the dodgy installation job done by their "technician". How dare they charge for this shoddy work!! I am still waiting for Asko to contact me about my previous review, but I expect they are too busy ripping off their customers.

3 year old dishwasher broke down 10 days ago. Got a service guy come out 9 days ago, $214 dollars later and he had to come back next day with a part. That night dishwasher was tripping safety switch when turned on. Couldn't get anyone to come out for another 5 days. Guy came today, supposedly fixed it. Just turned dishwasher on and after 30 mins safety switch has been tripped again. Now can't get any out for another 5 days because of Easter. That will make it 14 days without a working dishwasher and several days that someone has had to stay home from work to wait for repair guy. SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING
