It took over 5 weeks for someone to repair my dishwasher. After initial inspection, the technician confirmed that it would need a new pipe. It took a couple of weeks for the right pipe to be ordered as they said it had to come from Brisbane. Then the part came in, but apparently it was the wrong one, then an other week to then be told it was being ordered and delivered from new Zealand. Another week or two later and after many calls to follow up they now arrive to replace the pipe. It was very frustrating and felt i was given the run around. If you want something fixed, and fixed fast I wouldn't choose do all appliances. Service: Dishwasher repair

Don't ever use this company. We sent our dryer for repair but the work has caused more problems than when the situation began. This sequence of events lasted more than 12 weeks, that cost more than $200 paid by credit card with our dryer even worse than it was before being sent for repair. Details - engineer booked on 5th Sept but did not arrive - engineer arrived on 12th Sept - engineer investigated for less than 5 minutes and announced that he could not repair onsite and would have to remove - Emailed a complaint on 13th Sept about the rudeness of the engineer - engineers collected the dryer 30th Sept - dryer returned on 4th Nov after being committed to making it an urgent job and taking maximum of 2 weeks Upon return of the dryer it was making banging noises against the side. This issue didnt exist before the dryer was sent for repair. It appears the dryer wasnt checked before it was returned to us or the company would have noticed the banging. We made a recording of the dryers problem and sent it the recording to the company - 18 Nov received response to rectify the problem - 1 Dec dryer picked up for repair again - 1 Dec we emailed to confirm the problems and that the repair wasnt done correctly - 5 Dec we received a response that the dryer was finally being looked at again - 6 Dec we requested an update, and as the entire process had been unacceptable we warned the company we would make a complaint to VCAT if it wasnt resolved (we didnt complain to VCAT as decided if we needed to we would approach Consumer Affairs instead) - 9 Dec we were told in order to fix the dryer properly we would need a new drum. This problem wasnt previously diagnosed and was not the problem with the dryer originally - We informed them that this wasnt the original problem or they didnt tell us or fix it in the original repair. We asked for either this to be fixed for free, or to have the dryer returned with a refund - 12 Dec the company stated they could return the dryer, however didnt confirm that any further repairs had been carried out or that a refund would occur - We replied that this was unacceptable and asked them to advise their next steps - 13 Dec the company returned the dryer to our house unannounced and without confirmation or permission. We told them to take the dryer back to the workshop as they could not confirm that the dryer had been repaired properly - We once again asked for the dryer to be repaired properly with the drum replaced at the expense of the company, or to provide a refund, and asked for this to responded to by 16 Dec or we would take the complaint to Consumer Affairs Victoria - The company refused to provide any decent response so we asked for it to be returned. The owner clearly avoids any accountability and gets his staff to do his dirty work for him. We have our dryer back, and it is unusable. The banging on the side of the drum is still just as bad, and as such we will either need a new dryer or get someone competent to fix it. We have also lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs.
