Brought second hand Mercedes. Live regional so brought with no test drive or sight other than a vid. Easy sale. Adam was pleasant to deal with overall. Said the car was in good condition. Arrived to pick car up but experience was dulled a bit cos car needed to be brought around from the rear park then the obligatory red bow was chucked on the hood,(I did give ETA of arrival). Was supposed to be wife's 40ths present wasnt that special. Anyway, Also had to wait for the finance guy to finish off a high money transaction on an Audi that just got sold, which lead us to wait 1hr that wasn't a big deal just annoying waiting around in a warehouse. In this hour we looked around the car , noticed a few piant touch ups but wasn't until I washed the car back home when I gave the paint and body a real look over I noticed a crack in the spoiler strut and alot of stone chips on the front lower fender (the former I now need to get repaired which is a hassle). Obviously can't do anything now , our fault for not taking closer look on pickup but obviously the excitement of getting a "new" car overwhelmed our senses. Overall experience was meh, I've brought many cars over the years both new and used and this was average. As Adam said, we brought a used car, so expect used car dealer service. Update,4wk into ownership need to start a warranty claim, good job we paid for the extended warranty and the stat warranty. Have included D1 into emails and txt. No advise at all. Was better buying private. Taken another star off review. Such a hassle.

I can't thank Adam Shannon and the entire extended team (behind the scenes) enough for their professional service, straight-forward conversations and support before, during and after our recent purchase of our second-hand Discovery. [Shout-outs to Sarah, Jules, Kat, Gavin and their crew]. We were totally suprised that every effort was made to accommodate our needs, especially when an electrical problem occurred. From towing, problem solving and repair! A curtesy car to get me around. Everything is all fixed and DuttonOne will be our first choice when selecting or next second-hand car!
