EWE Melbourne P/L

I had 2 packages coming from the same place, one was delivered by Australia Post with no issues and for some reason the other was to be delivered EWE. I received a notification that is was an unsuccessful delivery because they couldnt find the address. I cant even find a number thats in Australia to call and theres been no update on my package since. Absolute joke!

Doesnt answer phone or when they do, no one speaks English and they just hang up on u. No one replies to emails. Scam courier service. Dont use!!

Basically a scam business. They don't answer emails, phones or actually deliver products. Avoid at all costs!!!

Still haven't received my delivery. No emails, they never answer either the Sydney or Melbourne phone number, but will happily leave you on hold. Over a month Trying to track down a delivery that was "Out For Delivery" on the 17th (now 27th). Melbourne office hangs up automatically after anywhere from 45 seconds to 15 minutes of waiting on hold. Sydney office has had me on hold for 3 hours with no end in sight. Same lies as others like "You are next in the queue" They haven't replied to emails or updated my tracking information since the 17th. Secret Lab should definitely switch shipping providers. Still nothing on this specific parcel as of the 6th of March. If you want to receive your deliveries, don't look here.
