Bras N Things Moorabbin DFO

I went to the Cheltenham store near Moorabbin airport and was served by a young girl by the name of Maeve who very quickly and efficiently took care of my sale with some helpful store knowledge that was relevant to the person I was getting the gift for. It was an effortless task made easy by an employee who was working on her own with no help and made it a very pleasant and quick process whilst smiling most of the way through. Thank you so much for your help and I would have no hesitation in recommending your store and staff member to others looking to purchase women's underwear.

Arrived at 5pm today, knowing that I had only 1 hour to get what I needed. As soon as I got to the store, the worker started to do the vacuum everywhere, which I guess I alright because it was closing in a hour She never asked if I needed help the whole time I was there and barely said hi. At 530pm Ive asked if I could try some things on, the worker said I could but only if I do it quick because she is closing in 5 minutes? The store hours says 6pm. Very rude and unprofessional customer service.

Terrible service. 13/02 went at 04:00pm, closed. 14/02 went at 05:00pm, closed. Clearly management have no idea what is going on at this store.

Disgusting customer service, I was left waiting whilst "Jordan" the sales assistant finished her conversation with another staff member, when she finally acknowledge my presence I asked her for some assistance which she seemed annoyed that we I asked. Whilst in the change room I asked her to find me breifs to make some bras I picked, after a few minutes she came back with one pair. My major issue is when i asked her to find me a smaller size in bra as I recently lost weight she literally rolled her eyes at me and mumbled something under her breath making me feel incredibly uncomfortable for asking. I'm originally from Sydney and I came to Melbourne to Shop and on the basis the locals were really friendly. I will not be entering that store again and wouldn't recommended it either unless you want to feel uncomfortable. Bad form.
