        Asked for a warranty repair on a relatively new air-conditioning unit that failed under normal use. Poor workmanship, and poor quality equipment must have led to the failure of the A/C unit only then to be asked to pay $286 call-out plus $143 p/h on a technician to repair a faulty air conditioning unit installed by, and supplied by, Ellis Air. No sort of warranty on faulty products/ poor workmanship. Do not use this company. Service: HVAC system maintenance
