(Not my real name, obviously). Sandra is professional but he's the village idiot. Do not get any treatment done by him. Not just incompetent but also discusses topics he should not assume his customers' values align with! He should keep his politics to himself and concentrate on performing to an adequate level.

I originally went to DermaCare Melbourne for the treatment of rosacea and the results have been amazing, laser genesis has changed my skin and I am extremely happy with the results, can also top up on my botox and skin care products

I've been a client at DermaCare since 2017 and would recommend them without hesitation. For context, I have a facial port wine stain birthmark that I've had treated with a variety of lasers in New Zealand over the years (pulse dye, gemini, genesis). My birthmark is basically gone, but it will always start to darken each winter and alongside my broken capillaries requires annual maintenance treatment. I originally found DermaCare as they were one of the few places in Melbourne I could find with a gemini laser to continue my birthmark treatment, which is why I travel from the Melbourne CBD to DermaCare in Moonee Ponds. I had a previous dermatologist in NZ scar my face with a pulse dye laser, so being able to trust my laser technician is key. Anthony at DermaCare is excellent - he explains everything very thoroughly, he is cautious in his treatments but I've had excellent results. At DermaCare they use the Excel/Cutera laser on me (which is the rebranded/newer version of the Gemini laser) to treat my birthmark, broken capillaries, pigmentation, underlying rosacea redness AND a collagen boosting treatment all in one session. It's the most thorough laser treatment I've had, and I've seen 4 laser technicians in AU/NZ - from plastic surgeons to dermatologists. The price is extremely reasonable for the service they provide!
