I'll leave 0 star if possible, as far as I know I was going to the clinic to get a clean I was told on the phone I was to be getting fillings then I asked what are you talking about I'm suppose to be getting a scale and clean I don't know anything about fillings but is I was never informed it was now my fault and had to pay 100 as a cancellation fee which I'd understand if I knew about the appointment and then cancelled, when I said this is ridiculous she called me back saying she spoke to the person who own the dentistry he said we can change to a 30 cancellation, I told them I'm never returning Just purely money hungry and unorganised

Ive been a patient at Bluebird for several years now and havent had a team as good as this before. Sam always looks after me and gives the best care, and Rachel always ups the experience with her jokes and humour. Not enough stars to give.

All staff members I interacted with - receptionists, Sylvia and Rachel; dentist, Dr Carlos; oral therapist, Halas; dental nurse, Marika, are outstanding in their professionalism, expertise and warm welcome. Their warm and caring approach alleviated my anxiety; and it is comforting to see their kind interactions with children! The practice is sympathetic to emergency situations, such as mine, and acted quickly to organise appointments to remedy situation. A huge, huge thank you to everyone involved in my treatment. Pre and post procedure care and communication has been outstanding. Again, thank you and Im glad you are in my community. You have set the standards, the bar is high and you are unmatched!

I couldnt be more pleased with the work Sam did on fixing the chips in my front teeth. Ive since moved states and more than 10 years on, every dentist Ive seen has taken the time to highly compliment his work!

Worse experience in my life. Theyre just looking for money and actually have no idea what theyre doing. After the did clean my teeth, My tooth got infection and its bleeding every night. NOT Recommend this place. They charged me and my partner about $12K but they didnt do anything to my teeth and still they asking me to pay more money . So Disappointed
