Medical One - Moonee Ponds

Dr. Adrian Dragovic is an excellent GP. He is very knowledgeable and is always able to quickly diagnose our problem and provide an effective treatment plan. He is a great communicator. He listens and always takes time to address our worries and questions. He is very compassionate. He is the only GP we completely trust when it comes to our baby boys health. We highly recommend Dr. Adrian and Medical One Moonee Ponds.

Doctors are good, just annoying that the Provider No. is omitted from Invoices and I noticed there was surcharges of 1% on card transactions and cost not itemised on Invoice. Will need to go back for provider number information - just keep in mind if you go there to check all is in order before leaving.

Dr. Winnie Li is a really caring and kindhearted doctor. She gives really useful medical advices in a friendly manner and I love the way she treats clients. I am so glad to have found Dr Li as my GP. I love going to this clinic because the receptionists, doctors and nurses are all so lovely and I feel so welcomed from the second I step into the clinic. The star I deducted however goes to another doctor called Marian. I was so upset after my tele-health session with her. That was the worst day during my pregnancy and she made it even worse. She gave an attitude even I was undergoing unfortunate issues and I never understand how she could treat her clients like that.
