My 2nd dealing with this highly professional and brilliant family company. The 1st was during COVID-2020 when they went out of their way to provide a super affordable deal in hard times for all (vendors and customers) for 10 stainless steel (SS) screens and door seals - something I promised myself I would repay with more custom in the future! Three years later, it brings me to my recent 2nd dealing end-March 2023, now that we just moved to a new house. Just absolutely brilliant experience yet again!!! In point form: 1. Three 2.5m x 0.9m/1m Invisigard (SS) triple-locking security doors. 2. One double 2.54m x 1.3m TUFF Screen Bi-Part Fly Door slider (SS Back deck double slider.) 3. Door trims to extend where needed. 4. Full-length Front Door custom-made metal trim to fix my new house's misaligned/bowed door jam COMPLIMENTARY! Incredible and unheard of dealing. Yes, they reinforced and fixed my Front Door Jam (see pic) so that the security door would sit securely and all three locks properly fastened, when my door jam was deficient - free of charge! WOW! Unbelievable quality at a price and service that I didn't think modern companies stand by! Super result with perfect matching Monument colour and suitable profile, as the pictures hopefully reveal; but honestly, the pics attached don't do this install justice! Final summary: There is minimum loss of light, as you can see, with maximum strength, security, and fashion! I am over the moon!

Fleming always comes through with excellent customer service. James and Rhys were awesome: prompt, efficient and courteous. (And as a bonus, they both made a fuss of our dog, which she loved!) The staff I spoke to on the phone were a pleasure to deal with. I LOVE my beautiful new security door, which was organised and installed heaps faster than I thought it would be. I wouldn't go anywhere else for security doors and screens.

Wonderful family business. Fleming's come highly recommended on the Maroondah Noticeboard Facebook Group. From initial quote to installation was an extremely smooth process. They use automated texting for call backs which is great & the service when you call is outstanding. Our installer was a qualified Carpenter & did some extra work to get the screens to fit perfectly. He also gave advice on our old wonky doors.

Very friendly and helpful. We ordered new security doors, they made and installed them and we are very happy with them. I would recommend them.
